Kennedy assassin polkadot Mysterious Girl Brain Washed?

CALIFORNIA (News suaramedia) - The man who was convicted for the murder of Robert F. Kennedy in 1968 brainwashed to shoot him by a mysterious girl with a dress with polka dots, his lawyer claimed.

In an unusual round of more than forty years after the famous murder, the attorney for Sirhan Sirhan, a Palestinian man accused of the shooting, had submitted new evidence which they say show their client was manipulated by a mysterious girl and had become aware of what he was doing at the time.

"No doubt he was under hipno-program," attorney William F. Pepper told the news agency ABCNews.com. "He was framed. He utilized. He was manipulated."

Pepper later said that he believed Sirhan was in "hipno-program," particularly brainwashed to kill Kennedy and his memory erased.

"I think at that time I was in the range (rifle) more than when I was shooting at another person, let alone Bobby Kennedy," Sirhan said the circumstances of a hypnosis expert who was hired by her legal team to interview him about the murder.

"I do not know that I have a gun."

These documents, which have been filed in a federal court, suggests that Sirhan be used as a bait and the second person who actually shot and killed Kennedy.

Sirhan will appear before a California parole board on Wednesday for the 14th time since the claimant in May 1969. This is the first time he will be represented by Pepper.

Bobby Kennedy's assassination in a hotel in Los Angeles on June 5, 1968 rocked the U.S. political establishment, rob the Democrats of the presidential candidates are promising and comes just five years after his brother, President John F. Kennedy, was shot dead.

Now aged 67 years and live a life in prison, Sirhan preparing a fresh attempt to portray himself as innocent.

Under hypnosis, he said that a mysterious girl made him get into the hotel pantry where the shooting had already occurred and has flanking shoulder, a sign that he said had sent him into the "range mode."

In these modes, all of which he can see is a circle with a target in front of his eyes as if he were in a jangakauan shot, he claimed.

"I am impressed with the appearance of the woman," he said.

"He never said too much. So erotic. I am consumed by the woman. She is a seductress with an unavailability of the unspoken."

The witnesses have spoken in the past saw a mysterious girl ran away shouting "We shot Kennedy" but the woman was never identified.

Sirhan denied parole in March by a panel who said that he has not shown sufficient remorse for the murder.
